This is a charming Nagoya obi
with a design of house and 'ume'(Japanese plum), which is dyed.
Textile is chirimen(crepe) silk and has soft but textured touch.
*The real base color is relatively darker than the photos.
There are lots of patinas on otaiko and are disturbing when tied.(2nd flaw photo)
There are other flaws such as folding lines.
Please check detail photos.
Also, the fabric of the 'tare'(wide end) might be shrunk.
So that, a little bit of the fabric of the wrong side was pulled and came out to the right side.
*It has a bit of mold smell.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still tied.
