This is a summer muso silk Karinui
fabric for Haori.(Roughly sewn as Haori shape.)
This piece is muso - 'muso' means 'outside and inside are made of a series of a fabric'.
It has dyed Shiba(grass) and kaede (maple leaf) pattern on the back, and wave pattern on the lining.
The pattern on the lining can be seen through.
Drawn work(one of the technique of removing thread partly to make a ground textile seen through) is added on the main parts.
Textile is transparent ro silk.
It has relatively prominent discoloration on the outside and inside background.
It has tiny stains on the front and back panels and sleeves.(A)
It has some other flaws such as patinas on the lining.
