This is a charming Shioze Nagoya obi
with a design of Takasago, which is dyed on pale gray background.
It also has dyed 'matsu'(pine tree) design on the maegara(front patterned part).
Textile is shioze silk, and it has soft and comfortable smooth touch which is the feature of shioze silk.
It has a stamp of the designer's signature on tare.
*The background color may seem irregular on photos, but it is actually one tone of color as seen in HTML code.
Smudges can be seen on the tare end, 'tesaki'(narrow end) and throughout both edges.
It is discolored slightly overall.
Please check detail photos.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has a slight stain on maegara.
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), it will be hidden.
It also has a slight flaw on tare but can be hidden when tied.
However, it still can be tied!
Please enjoy its rustic fashion!
