This is a glamorous Fukuro obi
with autumn grasses and weave on fan and stream pattern, which is woven.
Its graceful pattern with lots of foil threads is suitable to tie at formal occasions.
The weaving style is like 'Shoha', the weft yarn wraps over the warp yarn to be thick and clogged.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It is hard to come loose when you tie and easy to tie,
which is the feature of 'Shoha'.
Lining is not added inside.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, a liner blackish smudge can be seen near circle mark of the figure.
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), it will be hidden.
Patinas can be seen overall, but are slight so not prominent.
The patinas on the blank part are noticeable, but can be hidden when tied.
Besides, it has rather prominent folding lines.
Please check detail photos.
However, it still can be tied!
