This is a Hon Fukuro obi
with exotic woven pattern of 'botan'(peony) 'Karakusa' (arabesque) and Hanausagi in Michinaga-dori ( shape of segments of Washi papers ).
Foil threads included in the pattern twinkle gently.
Textile is soft silk.
Both ends are open.
There are more snags on Otaiko pattern than shown on drawing image, but they will blend in with the pattern.
Foil threads are loosen near Tesaki end, but they will not show when tied. (sorry no photos)
It has some other flaws, such as folding lines, as shown on photos.
