This is a tasteful vintage Maru obi
with flower circles and kanoko dot in circles pattern, which is woven.
Its weaving technique is called 'koukechi ori', which has bumpy effect by using strongly twisted threads.
Textile is silk and jinken (rayon) blend.
It is relatively short.(13'4"/406cm)
There is discoloration throughout.(refer to the 2nd flaws photo)
There are a couple of small tears on 'taresaki'(end of wide part).(refer to the 3rd flaws photo)
There are some other flaws such as frays on the edges, folding lines and a snag(refer to the 6th flaws photo) .

Unfortunately, it may no longer in wearable condition due to the weaken fabric.
However, it is still charming design which we would like you to enjoy.
