This is a gorgeous shibori(tie-dye) Yukata
with eye-catching 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) pattern, which is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
Textile is cotton, and it has soft and comfortable touch.
It is hand sewn.
Shoulder lining is attached, but 'Ishikiate'(square piece of reinforcement cloth) isn't.
There are dyestuff stains on bodice panels. (B)
Sleeve seams, sleeves, and left front panel are slightly discolored.
Please see photos for details.
There are patinas along the bottom. (sorry no photos)
Due to its old age, it has some flaws, but it is a very charming piece to wear.
