This is a stylish vintage Nagoya obi
with auspicious pattern such as sunrise, crane and 'shou-chiku-bai' (auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) on circle, which is woven.
The vibrant pattern emerges out against the black background.
Textile is glossy shusu(satin) silk and has soft touch.
It seems to be made from Maru obi
and its length is rather short, 10'6"3/4(322cm).
Although not shown on the photo and figure, there is seam of fabric on wrong side at about 2'7"1/2(80cm) from the tare end.
Lots of gold foil threads of kaikiri line(end mark) are coming loose, and the kaikiri line on wrong side is missing mostly.
Lots of woven threads on both edges are missing by fray.(indicated as smudge)(4th flaw photo)
There are lots of frayed parts and disturbing.(indicated as stain)(3rd flaw photo)
There are other flaws such as folding line.(7th flaw photo)

Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the fabric is getting weak.
