This is a Hitoe(not lined) Houmongi
Kimono of Akagi Tsumugi
with tasteful feeling of dyeing with vegetables.
Tatewaku(waving line) and misty circle design is dyed and woven.
Kushibiki-ori, patented weaving technique is used elaborately.
Textile is Tsumugi
silk, and has soft and comfortable touch.
Ishiki-ate(lining fabric around hip part) is attached but kata-ate(shoulder pads) is not done.
It is machine sewn, and Basting stitches remain at sleeves.
This item seems to be sewn by Yamato, one of the famous Japanese kimono shops.
It includes guarantee seals of Akagi Tsumugi
and Kusaki-some(dyeing with vegetables).
It also says "Japanese Silk" so it might be made in Japan.
Wear on collar and molds are slight so not so disturbing.

Although there is no figure and photo, quite slight discoloration are seen at both sleeves and collar.
However, it's still wearable enough with very good condition.
