with 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) and houou(phoenix) pattern, which is woven with Uki-ori technique.
It also has woven 'kikko'(tortoise shell) 'Hana-bishi' (flower diamond) pattern with gold foil threads.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
Lining is not added inside.
*The background color may seem irregular on photos, but it is actually one tone of color as seen in HTML code.
Prominent discoloration can be seen on tare, maegara(front patterned part) and throughout both edges.
There are stains and snags on maegara part.
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), they will be hidden.
There are stains on wrong side of tare.(A)
Besides, it has noticeable folding lines.
Please check detail photos.
It seems to be difficult to wear at formal occasions due to the discoloration.
However, we hope you enjoy its elegant pattern!
