This is a vibrant vintage Furisode
Kimono with a design such as bird and mallet on cloud, which is dyed and embroidered.
It also has a design of butterfly and flower such as 'ume'(Japanese plum) and 'sakura'(cherry blossom) on mallet.
Gold glazing is added on the design partly.
The collar is Bachi-eri(folded collar).
Its length is rather short, 4'10"1/2(148.5cm).
It might be girl's Kimono.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It has three dyed kamons(family crest).
Basting stitches remains on collar.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has repaired part, teared part and holes on lining.
Lots of threads on the design are coming loose and disturbing.
Also, lots of gold glazing are peeled off.
There are other flaws such as prominent stains(E) on left front panel, discoloration and patinas overall.
Please check detail photos.
Though it has some flaws by ages, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
