This is a Nagoya obi
with 'Ume' (plum blossom) branch and 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) 'Karakusa' (arabesque) in 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) motif, which is dyed.
Textile is silk, and it has soft to the touch, and fine pattern is woven on fabric.
There is a signature of the dyer above the Tare end.
There is a stamp mark on the wrong side of the triangle part, often seen at edge of a bolt. (second photo below the drawing image)
One side of Maegara is different than the other.
