This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with 'Tsubaki'(camellia) on 'jigami'(fan shape) pattern, which is embroidered.
It is a attractive piece with rich gold glazing.
It has partially fine drawn works (one of the techniques of removing thread partly to make a ground textile seen through).
Textile is exquisite, soft silk.
It has brush pattern dyed on the base.
Tiny gold glazing foils shine glossy.
It has blackish stains in the middle and the upper parts of 'otaiko'(square bow). (They are on the 4.33in/11cm and 0.39in/1cm from the bottom.)
(The 1st flaw photo mentions the one in the middle and another one is tiny, but noticeable.)
There are some other flaws such as prominent folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Not shown on the sheet and in the photos, there are some snags at the both edges.
If such flaws are not bothering, it is wearable.
Please enjoy its graceful design.
