This is a Nagoya obi
with traditional 'housouge'(large karabana flower), 'shippou-tsunagi' (interlocking circles) and 'kikko' (tortoise shell) pattern, which is woven.
Gold threads woven in the pattern are gracefully shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The snags on otaiko(square bow) will be hidden when tied.
It has slight thread scuff by fray on the tare top.
Any of them is not disturbing for wearing.
