This is a casual Tsuzure Nagoya obi
with colorful stripe pattern, which is woven.
Its 'sakura'(cherry blossom) petal-like pattern is so attractive!
Textile is exquisite silk and has smooth touch.
It is sewn as "matsuba-shitate" (open Nagoya obi
with tightly folded end of belt part).
The stain and the discoloration on maegara(front patterned part) can be hidden when tied.
Besides, it has rather prominent folding lines.
Please check detail photos.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has a tiny blackish stain on otaiko at about 1'5"3/4(45cm) from tare end, an may be hidden when tied.
It also has a tiny reddish stain on wrong side of maegara.
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), it will be hidden.
Slight discoloration can be seen on edges of blank part.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
Please enjoy its elegant fashion!
