This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with bamboo leaf ivy, 'shokkou'(octagon and rectangle) 'housouge'(large karabana flower) and 'karabana'(imaginary flower in China) on 'matsukawa-bishi'(pine bark diamond) pattern, which is woven.
Its graceful pattern with lots of gold foil threads is suitable to tie at formal occasions.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
There are frayed parts on corner of tare end and 'tesaki'(narrow end).
It has a tiny stains on creases upper otaiko but is not prominent.
Besides, it has folding lines.
