This is a Nagoya obi
with alluring 'botan'(peony), 'hagi'(bush clover), and 'Tsubaki'(Camellia) in 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) pattern, which is woven.
Textile is silk, and it has soft to the touch.
There is a streaky smudge on the wrong side, at about 3cm(1.17in) from the Tare end.
Smudge on Otaiko pattern is light and not disturbing.
Folding line continues from Tare end to Otaiko pattern.
It has some other flaws as shown on photos.

Although it has some flaws as mentioned, it still is a very charming item to wear!
