This is a Houmongi
kimono with charming 'Tsubaki'(Camellia) and Hanamizuki 'dogwood' pattern, which is dyed with gentle colors.
Typical marks of Kaga-yuzen style, warm-eating holes, are accented.
Textile is silk, and it has soft to the touch.
Collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
There is a signature of the dyer on right front panel.
*Background color may seem uneven on photos, but it is actually one tone of color as seen in HTML code*
It is slightly discolored throughout.
It has stains (C.E) on right sleeve and the back.
Please see photos for details.
Because of the stains on the sleeve, it may be unsuitable as a formal garment, but it still is a very elegant kimono.
