This is a stylish vintage Meisen
Kimono with 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) on 'kikko'(tortoise shell) pattern, which is woven on grayish black background.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The collar is Bachi-eri(folded collar) and sleeves length are rather short.
Lining is cotton and hakkake (lower part of lining) is wool.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, white molds can be seen overall, and it has a tear about 3/8in(1cm) on back left sleeve seam.
It has rather prominent discoloration overall.
There are some holes on top of right shoulder.
The fabric near right shoulder becomes stiff by stains, and it will tear if touched.
There are other flaws such as loosing stitches and noticeable stains on left front panel(D,E).

Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable.
