This is a graceful Fukuro obi
with traditional motifs in clouds pattern, which is woven with 'karaori'(woven thickly in Chinese style) technique.
There are traditional motifs such as 'kikko'(tortoise shell), 'shokkou'(octagon and rectangle) and 'seigaiha'(wave) in the clouds.
The woven gold foiled threads elegantly shine.
Textile is exquisite soft silk.
There is a woven title of the obi.
There is a snag on 'otaiko'(square bow).
There are noticeable folding lines.
