This is an opened Nagoya obi
with 'Fuyo'(mallow rose) pattern and twisted 'Ume' (plum blossom) design, which is dyed.
The Bingara-style vibrant design is so attractive.
Textile is chirimen (crepe) silk and has soft and slightly textured touch.
There is a stamp of the designer's signature on the tare part.
It has mold-like tiny stains and discoloration on upper otaiko(square bow).
It also has dyestuff-like stains on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) and belt part.
They will be hidden when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise).
It also has relatively prominent folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
However, if these flaws do not bother you, it could be worn.
Please enjoy this elegant design for your daily use.
