This is a graceful Nagoya obi
with 'kikko'(tortoise shell) and 'shippou-tsunagi'(jointed four circles) on 'michinaga-dori'(wavy line) pattern, which is woven.
Gold foil threads woven on the pattern are elegantly shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
There are slight patinas upper otaiko and bothering a little.
Patinas on wrong side of otaiko are rather prominent.
There are other flaws such as smudges and folding lines.
