This is an Miyako Jofu asa kimono with refreshing bamboo pattern, which is finely woven with Kasuri
technique on the shiny wax-like background.
The almost black indigo blue, smooth texture of hand piled asa are characteristic.
The collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
It was hand-sewn.
There is slight discoloration throughout.
Although there is no photo of it, there are some flaws such as discoloration on the "sebuse"(fabric which covers back center seam).
For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
It is still in good condition as a vintage piece.
If you don't mind those minor flaws, it is still in good condition to wear.
Enjoy wearing the tasteful design in summer.
