This is a patchwork('kiribame') Tsumugi Nagoya obi
with flower and bird on 'kiredori' (overlapping fabric scraps) and flower on lattice pattern, which is dyed.
Textile is exquisite, soft Tsumugi
silk and has a nubby touch.
It has slight discoloration from 'Otaiko'(square bow) to the upper part, and partially rather prominent discoloration.
It has stains on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) and when you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right (Rotate obi clockwise), the stains will show. (A)
There are some other flaws such as rather noticeable folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Although there are such flaws, it is wearable.
Please enjoy its design which adds more elegance to your kimono fashion.
