This is an elegant Tsume-Tsuzure Nagoya obi
with a design of flower circle such as 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'ume'(Japanese plum) and 'fuji' (wisteria), which is woven.
Silver foil threads woven in the background are elegantly shining.
Textile is thick silk and has smooth touch.
The obi has one side patterned at the front part when it is tied.
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), Maegara will show.
*The real base color is relatively more greenish than the photos.
*The background color may seem irregular on photos, but it is actually one tone of color as seen in HTML code.
The stains and smudges on otaiko will appear partly when tied.(2nd flaw photo)
Although not shown on the photo, smudges on maegara(front patterned part) of wrong side will appear when tied and bothering a little.
Besides, it has folding lines and smudges along it.
Please check detail photos.
Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy its graceful design!
