This is a graceful Houmongi
Kimono with a design of 'ume'(Japanese plum) on 'seigaiha'(wave), which is embroidered and dyed with Shibori (tie-dye) technique.
'Kinkoma'(golden outlining embroidery work) and fine gold glazing are added on main part.
Textile is exquisite silk with woven 'shiba'(lawn grass) pattern, and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar).
The sleeve length is rather long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
Slight discoloration can be seen on back bodice.(B)
Besides, it has wear on collar.
Please check detail photos.
Although not shown on the figure, slight discoloration can be seen on white parts of the design and lining, too.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
