This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with Meibutsu-gire pattern, which is woven.
The woven gold and silver foiled threads elegantly shine.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It has noticeable stain and discoloration on 'Maegara' (front patterned part).
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), they will be hidden.
It also has prominent smudges along the folding lines on belt part.

Though not indicated, it has a hole of about 0.39in(1cm) in the center of tesaki.
It seems to be not suitable to wear due to the prominent stains, discoloration and a hole.
