This is a impressive vintage Tsume-Tsuzure Maru obi
with a design of shishi(lion) 'botan' (peony), royal cart and musical instrument on fan, which is woven.
The wrong side has a woven design such as powerful houou(phoenix) and dragon.
It also has "HATSURIKOU" (small gap in the boundaries of colors), which is the distinctive feature of Tsume tsuzure
Textile is exquisite silk and has smooth touch.
The pattern at otaiko(square bow) part is designed upside down from kaikiri-line(end mark line) to be tied with hikinuki style.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, some tears can be seen on edges due to the weaken fabric.
Tare end are open.
The reddish dyestuffs are slight so not prominent.(3rd flaw photo)
There are other flaws such as discoloration overall(2nd flaw photo), folding lines(4th flaw photo) and smudges(6th flaw photo).

Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the fabric is getting weak.
