This is an elegant Fukuro obi
with a design of 'housouge'(large karabana flower) and decorative motif, which is embroidered.
Drawn work(one of the technique of removing thread partly to make a ground textile seen through), Sagara embroidery work, gold foil threads and gold glazing are added to the design gorgeously.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
It has folding lines and frays on 'tesaki'(narrow end) and tare end.
It also has stains on blank part.
As a whole, it is in very good condition!
