This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with wave and 'kumihimo'(tasseled cord) design, which is embroidered.
Gold foiled threads and Koma embroidery work arranged on the base shine elegantly.
Textile is exquisite, soft silk.
It has discoloration on 'otaiko'(square bow) and Tare end.
The discoloration on 'otaiko'(square bow) can be hidden when tied, but the one on Tare end can be seen when tied and disturbing.
Not shown on the sheet and the photos, gold foiled threads are peeling easily and stick to kimono when tied.
There are some other flaws such as folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the discoloration and peeling gold foiled threads.
Please enjoy its design itself.
