This is an attractive Meisen
Kimono with 'matsu'(pine tree), house and flower on 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) pattern, which is woven.
Textile is exquisite silk, 'douura' (upper lining) is cotton and hakkake (lower part of lining) is muslin.
The collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
There are tears and repaired on the lining and bottom.(F,G)
Left side seam is coming loose a little.(H)
Stains can be seen on the left front panel.(C)
The stain(I) on the back left bodice is stamp-like flaw.
It has slight discoloration on the outside and lining.
There are other flaws so please check detail photos.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
