This is an elegant Houmongi
Kimono with a design of charming tsujigahana, which is dyed with Shibori (tie-dye) technique on the 'somewake'(dyed with separate colors) background.
It was made by Toya-Suizan Studio, one of the famous Tsujigahana
design kimono makers.
It has basting stitches and seems just been cleaned.
Textile is exquisite brilliant silk with woven tiny gold flower and bird pattern and has soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded).
It has a stamp of the dyer of the studio on the right front panel.
As indicated discoloration, it is not so bothering.
It has no other prominent flaws, and it is in very good condition.
