This is a Fukuro obi
with elegant 'kiku'(chrysanthemum), 'ume' (plum blossom), Paulownia, 'karabana' (imaginary flower in china) in 'kiredori'(overlapping fabric scraps) pattern, which is woven.
Silver and gold foil threads included in fabric and the pattern twinkle gently.
Textile is silk, and it has soft to the touch.
Both ends are closed, but there is no lining inside.
Snags are too tiny to be noticed.
It has some other flaws, such as folding lines, as shown on photos.
