This is a vibrant Meisen
kimono with flower and 'tanzaku'(strip of paper)-like pattern on diamond, which is woven.
Textile is jinken (rayon) and has smooth touch.
Collar is bachi-eri(folded collar).
The sleeve length is long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has snags on the left front panel and back bodice, and many stains can be seen.(D,E)
There are slight discoloration on the outside and lining.
It also has holes near the back seam for about 1'5"3/8(44cm) from the bottom.
There are other flaws such as weaving flaws.
Please check detail photos.
Though it has some flaws, we hope you enjoy its charming pattern!
