This is a graceful Irotomesode
kimono with castle, mountain and stream design, which is dyed.
The design reminds of Kyoto scenery.
It also has dyed 'Shou-chiku-bai'( pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) and hazy mist pattern with gold glazing.
Textile is chirimen (crepe) silk and has soft and slightly textured touch.
The collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
It has an embroidered kamon(family crest) on the nape.
There is a stamp of the designer's signature on the right front panel.
The discoloration is slight and not so bothering.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
The lining is slightly discolored, although not indicated.
If these small flaws mentioned do not bother you, it still may be worn.
Please enjoy this tasteful piece.
*The actual background color is relatively more grayish than the photos.
