This is a simple Houmongi
kimono with water fall pattern, which is dyed.
There are Sayagata and 'shippou-tsunagi'(interlocking circles) on 'kiribame'(technique which cuts off some cloth, inserts in another cloth and constitutes a pattern or dyed) on the water fall pattern.
Textile is exquisite soft silk.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar).
Basting stitches remain, so it seems to be after cleaning.
There are whitish stains(B) on the back bodice which could be noticeable.
There is slight discoloration throughout which is not that noticeable.(A)
For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
*The background color may seem irregular on photos, but it is actually one tone of color as seen in HTML code.*
Although it has some flaws, none of them bother to wear.
It can be worn at many different occasions by matching suitable obis.
