This is a stylish Nagoya obi
with a design of 'kanzesui'(water stream), which is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
Textile is glossy damask effect(rinzu) silk with woven honmon(arranged sayagata pattern), and has soft touch.
Its length is rather short. 11'5/8(337cm)
The obi has one side patterned at the front part when it is tied.
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), Maegara will show.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has discoloration overall.
Also, the fabric of the 'tare'(wide end) might be shrunk.
So that, a little bit of the fabric of the wrong side was pulled and came out to the right side.
However, it still can be tied!
Please enjoy its attractive fashion!
