This is an exotic Fukuro obi
with grass pattern, which is woven.
Its weaving technique is called 'koukechi ori' , which has bumpy effect by using strongly twisted threads.
Textile is exquisite soft silk.
It has slight large stain on 'otaiko'(square bow), but inconspicuous when tied. (It says discoloration on the sheet instead.)
It has some blackish stains on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) and they are disturbing when tied.
There are some other flaws such as slight folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Not shown on the sheet, rather large brownish stain is on 'tesaki'(narrow end).
The fabric of 'otaiko'(square bow) edge has been shrinked a bit, and the fabric of the wrong side has been stretched out a little.
Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the distortion on 'otaiko'(square bow).
Please enjoy its exotic design itself.
*The real base color is rather brighter yellow than it is in the photos.
