This is a chic vintage Maru obi
with fan, flying crane, and flower such as 'ume'(Japanese plum) and 'kiku'(chrysanthemum) pattern, which is woven.
Textile is silk, and it has soft touch.
The pattern at otaiko(square bow) part is designed upside down from kaikiri-line(end mark line) to be tied with hikinuki style.
Its length is rather short. 12'9"1/2(390cm)
Almost kaikiri lines on the tare end are missing by fray. (indicated as snag on the figure)
Also, lots of woven threads are missing by fray.
The fabric is getting weak.
There are other flaws such as a folding line.
Please check detail photos.
Unfortunately, it is no longer wearable due to the fabric is getting weak.
However, please enjoy its full taste of vintage!
