This is an elegant Nagoya obi
with a design of goose and oshidori (mandarin duck) on stream, which is woven.
Gold and silver foil threads woven on the design are elegantly shining.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft touch.
The patina on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) (A) is tiny and not noticeable when tied.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has a slightly reddish stain on 'Maegara' (front patterned part).
When you start wrapping the obi from your left tummy to right(Rotate obi clockwise), the stain will be hidden.
It has some other flaws such as folding lines.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
If these flaws do not bother you, it could be still worn.
Please enjoy its graceful fashion!
