This is a Chirimen Nagoya obi
with elegant grape motifs, which are dyed.
Its Kaga Yuzen-style Itome Yuzen
and worm-eaten holes are enchanting.
Textile is Chirimen(crepe) silk and has soft but textured touch.
There is a stamp of the dyer on the Tare end.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has smudges throughout the edges.
The stain and discoloration on otaiko(square bow) will be hidden when tied.
The discoloration on 'Maegara' (front patterned part) is slight and not so bothering when tied.
It has discoloration overall.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
However, we hope you enjoy tying this piece as a daily wear!
