This is an elegant Irotomesode
kimono with a design of 'shou-chiku-bai' (auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) and flying crane on cloud, which is dyed.
Also, it has a traditional design such as 'shippou-tsunagi'(jointed four circles) and 'kikko'(tortoise shell), which is dyed.
Gold glazing and 'kinkoma'(golden outlining embroidery work) are added on the main parts.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and comfortable touch.
Hiyoku (additional layer) is attached and the collar is Hiro-eri(unfolded).
It has dyed 3 kamons(family crest).
Basting stitches remain.
It has chest stains on the both chest of outside and lining. (However, the stain of outside is slight.)
Wear on the collar is rather prominent partly.
It has slight discoloration mainly on the side seams.
There are other flaws such as tiny stains and discoloration on the lining.
Please check detail photos.
It seems to be difficult to wear at formal occasions.
However, we hope you enjoy its graceful design!
