This is an elegant 'hige-tsumugi' Nagoya obi
with sazanka(sasanqua) motifs, which is dyed.
Textile is exquisite silk called 'hige-tsumugi' - weft yarns come out like 'hige'(beard), and has nubby touch.
There is a stamp of the designer and signature lower the otaiko.
The stains on the wrong side and stain(A) are prominent.
However, when you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left(Rotate obi counterclockwise), they will be hidden.
There are discoloration from tare end to triangle part, however, may be hidden when tied.
There are other flaws such as folding lines.
