This is a Shioze Nagoya obi
with bamboo and standing crane motifs, which are dyed with Indian ink painting.
The detailed texture of the motifs were depicted by delicate shading.
Textile is shioze silk with its characteristic soft and smooth texture.
There are designer's signature and a seal on the 'otaiko'(square bow).
Although it's not mentioned on the sheet, there is a faint stain on 'otaiko'(square bow) which could be not that noticeable when you tie it.
The red dyestuff on the crane's head has run which is noticeable when you tie it.
There are stains on the both 'maegara' (front patterned part).
When you start wrapping the obi from your right tummy to left (Rotate obi counterclockwise), the cleaner maegara will appear.
There are some other flaws.
For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
Enjoy wearing it as everyday clothes.
