This is an exotic Chirimen Nagoya obi
with vibrant 'karakusa'(arabesque) pattern, which is dyed with "Katazome"(stencil-dyed) style.
The vibrant design emerges out against the chic background.
Textile is 'chirimen'(crepe) silk and has soft, but textured touch.
It is discolored overall, however, may be not prominent when tied.
