This is a graceful Houmongi
Kimono with a design of full-bloomed flowers, which is dyed.
Plums, peonies, wistarias and hydrangeas are dyed on it.
Some parts of the pattern has shiny 'kinsai'(gold glazing) arranged.
Textile is exquisite silk and has a soft touch.
The collar is hiro-eri (unfolded).
There is a stamp of the designer at the lower front panel.
The bodice length is relatively long, 5'5"(165cm).
Basting stitches remain and it seems to be just after cleaning.
There are relatively noticeable a stain on the back bodice about 2'(65cm) from the hem, and some dyestuffs on the left collar.
The discoloration is not noticeable much on both inside and outside.
