This is a chic black Houmongi
Kimono with a design of autumn grasses on curvy line, which is dyed with Shibori (tie-dye) technique.
'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'hagi'(Japanese bush clover) are embroidered on left front panel.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft, but bumpy touch.
The collar is Hiro-eri(unfolded).
'Douura' (upper lining) is silk and synthetic blend and hakkake (lower part of lining) is exquisite silk.
It has basting stitches and seems just been cleaned.
It has rather prominent stains(B) on the left front panel.
There are a couple of other flaws such as slight wears and tiny stains.
Please check detail photos.
It seems to be not suitable to wear at formal occasion due to noticeable stains.
Please enjoy its stylish design as dressing practice.
