This is a Fukuro obi
with elegant flower motif on the chic black base, which is woven by Juraku, one of the most famous Nishijin obi weavers.
It has used teiou-murasaki, dyestuff from secretion of a snail and very valuable.
Also gold foil threads are woven and it shines elegantly.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
Although it is not so disturbing, it has slight folding lines on the lining, so please check detail photos.
It still can be tied without prominent flaws.
