This is a Tsumugi Fukuro obi
with designs of such as oshidori (mandarin duck), 'Kiku'(chrysanthemum) and 'housouge'(large karabana flower) on stream, which are embroidered and dyed.
Drawn work(one of the technique of removing thread partly to make a ground textile seen through) is added on the design.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft yet nubby touch.
The length is rather long.181.10in(460cm)
It has whitish molds(indicated as stains) on the plain part, but they will be hidden when tied.
It also has folding lines.
