This is an elegant Irotomesode
Kimono with 'Matsu'(pine tree) design on mountain range, which is dyed.
Ombre dyed and graceful gold glazing are added to it.
Fine embroidery work is added on the main part of the left front panel.
Textile is exquisite glossy silk and has soft touch.
It has 3 dyed kamon(family crest).
Hiyoku (additional layer) is attached.
The collar is hiro-eri(unfolded collar).
There is a stamp of the designer's signature on the right front panel.
The actual background color is more brownish than the photos.
Though the photo shows uneven color dyes by the angle of light, actual background color is one color.
It has basting stitches and seems just been cleaned.
Although not shown on the photo and figure, it has a whitish stain of 0.20in(0.5cm)X0.20in(0.5cm) on the right collar.
(It is prominent, but will be hidden if worn neatly.)
The hiyoku (additional layer) is slightly discolored.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
If you don't mind those flaws, it is still in very good condition to wear on formal occasions.
Please enjoy its graceful design!
